Senior Legal Counsel - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract 

This is a great job for someone who has Relevant experience of the Fund Industry with an asset manager, service provider or law firm in Luxembourg

A bit about the job:

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide expert legal support and guidance for our alternative investment funds (primarily RAIFs) and their sub-funds. This role involves advising on product development and fund management, maintaining legal and corporate records, and monitoring regulatory changes to ensure compliance and proactive adaptation. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison with internal and external legal teams, regulators, and service providers, and will lead strategic and regulatory projects related to the funds and management company. You will be responsible for managing legal risk across fund documentation, third-party agreements, and regulatory compliance.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • University Degree, min. Bac+4 in law
  • Fluent written and spoken English any additional language is an asset, in particular French or German
  • Significant experience in UCIs/RAIFs/AIFs
