• Judicial dissolution and liquidation: serious legal violations, dissolution for valid reasons, nullity of incorporation
• Automatic dissolution: expiry of the term, extinction of corporate purpose, etc.
• Bankruptcy and other collective procedures: bankruptcy of a company in liquidation, prevention, alternatives, insolvency procedures to avoid bankruptcy
